Since joining BDO in Guernsey in 2017, Tino’s strong work ethic, proactive approach and positive attitude has enabled him to begin to develop his own portfolio of clients and seen him progress rapidly through the firm, he was appointed as an Senior Audit Manager in July 2023.

Tino has a reputation for being a supportive team member whilst also being known for being approachable among his clients too. With a willingness to listen and an ability to apply complex solutions to problems, Tino is a valued audit professional who enjoys the technical aspects of accounting and auditing specifics and nuances. 

Tino has over 7 years’ experience in the accountancy sector and has a strong interest in progressing opportunities to learn and grow for himself and to develop others in the team.
