BDO Guernsey has signed up to the Employer's Disability Charter, reaffirming our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
The Charter, administered by the Guernsey Employment Trust (GET), promotes equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities. GET provides essential support to help individuals prepare for, find, and maintain suitable employment, ensuring that all talents have a place in the workforce.
On Thursday 17th October, we were delighted to host the Guernsey Employment Trust at our new offices, where a flexible working environment was a key part of the plans for our staff when considering the layout inside. We shared valuable insights between us on how to continue to create inclusivity in the workplace. By signing the Charter, we commit to advancing workplace diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
