BDO Guernsey advises SRS on Robus Group acquisition

Our advisory team recently provided support and advice on Strategic Risk Solutions’ (SRS) acquisition of the Robus Group. This major acquisition saw us conduct financial and tax due diligence and analysis on behalf of SRS. The work was undertaken as an international collaboration, led by our Transactions Advisory team in Guernsey with support from our Tax teams in both Guernsey and Gibraltar.

SRS is a leading provider of insurance, reinsurance, captive management, and consulting services. The firm is acquiring Robus Group, a captive and insurance management group operating in Guernsey and Gibraltar. The acquisition strengthens SRS’s position in the insurance and alternative risk financing sectors, with a specific focus on captive insurance.
