BDO Guernsey appoints new Head of Governance and Regulatory Compliance Advisory service line

With over three decades of experience in the financial services sector and a wealth of knowledge, Fraser’s appointment reflects BDO Guernsey’s continuing commitment to delivering exceptional governance, regulatory standards, and compliance related services for clients.

Originally from Glasgow, Fraser previously worked with Guernsey based financial services clients at PKF, which was acquired by BDO in 2013, before gaining experience in the captive insurance sector. Following this, he assumed the role of Executive Director at Northern Trust, leading the Governance Services and Client Compliance divisions. He also currently holds a position on the Members’ Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS). At BDO, Fraser will provide strategic guidance and expert support to clients and staff.
