What does BREAAM mean?

Plaza House, additionally has the following features:
- The energy metering, high quality glazing and thermal insulation, as well as the state of the art mechanical and electrical systems, are designed to minimise energy consumption throughout the building.
- The floor to ceiling glazing maximises natural light providing views on all elevations onto the surrounding landscape and central Plaza.
- The 2.8m high ceilings create an airy open plan environment, with floor plates designed to maximise the efficiency of the work space.
- The Travel Plan in place for the whole scheme (see https://admiralpark.gg/) employs a dedicated Travel Plan Co-ordinator who works with all the tenants to promote active travel, shared journeys, improved bus networks and sustainable transport.
- There are improved road network and cycle paths to encourage cycling, running and walking to work.
- The provision of high quality shower facilities and ample cycle (including e-bikes) and motor bike parking facilitate alternative means of travel.
- The central landscaped Plaza with external seating and pétanque court is designed specifically for community engagement and socialisation to promote health and well being of all the individuals living and working at Admiral Park.
